I need to develop Chat Application for a Client.

Using Genesys Multi Media 7.6

Preferably with .NET 2.0
Second choice will be going with JAVA

I have no issue with Web-based or Desktop Application.

Default

Using .Net 2.0

For agent side, you need to use BasicChatProtocol from Web Media SDK and from customer end need to use FlexChat Protocol.

You need to open both chat protocol and the interaction protocol.

Using Chat protocol, you need to create a new session and invite the other party or place it in a queue using interaction protocol (Open Media).

After receiving the invitation, use chat protocol for further interaction
